Special profiles, robotic assembly, laser welding and cutting
Mauri Alda & Figli Srl was founded in the 1950s as a manufacturer of car and motorcycle accessories.
Since the beginning, the quality of its production, which has always been a distinctive feature of the company, and the wide range of products offered have allowed it to enter both the Italian and international markets.
In the following years, industrial evolution pushed the company to specialize in cold profiling technology and to move towards production of parts studied and developed according to the customer's specifications and drawings.
In the 80s, precisely to satisfy customer requests, production was expanded by introducing additional processes such as moulding and robotic assembly, until the very early 2000s when laser welding was introduced, which allows offer and supply complete parts already assembled and tested.
In 2025 a fiber laser cutting machine was purchased which can be used for both internal production in order tooffer the customer a total service, which for different applications thanks to its precision, speed and versatility.

Our factory
Currently the Mauri Alda & Figli Srl plant in Via Dei Mille 15 in Barzanò (LC) includes:
- 24 production lines for profiling, punching, and assembly;
- 1 CNC lathe;
- 3 welding lasers;
- 28 anthropomorphic robots.

The quality of the products is ensured by the extensive product and process know-how, the systematic testing to which the products are subjected during the various phases of the production cycle, and the dedicated on-site measurement laboratory.
