Mauri Alda & Figli S.r.l. was founded in the 1950s as a manufacturer of accessories for cars and motorcycles.
Throughout its industrial development, the company has continually expanded its expertise, technologies and production capacity, and is now a leading name in custom profile manufacturing, precision metalworking and the manufacture of components for a wide range of industries.
From the outset, the quality of our products, a defining feature of the company, together with our broad product range, has enabled us to establish ourselves in both the Italian and international markets and build long-standing partnerships with leading manufacturers.
In the following years, developments in the industry led Mauri Alda & Figli to specialize in roll forming, developing special metal profiles and components made to meet each customer's specific requirements. Drawing on our extensive experience, every process is designed to ensure precision, reliability and consistent production.
In the 1980s, to meet growing market demand, production was expanded to include new processes such as stamping and robotic assembly. In the early 2000s, the company introduced laser welding production for metal components, a technology that produces laser-welded components with high precision, reducing distortion and processing times while supplying customers with products that are assembled, tested and ready to use.
Technological development continued in 2025 with the introduction of a modern fiber laser cutting machine, used both to optimize in-house production and to offer new subcontracting services. Its high precision, speed and versatility complete the production cycle and enable us to deliver laser processing with ever-greater accuracy, seamlessly integrated with our laser welding of metal components.

The Mauri Alda & Figli S.r.l. facility, located at Via Dei Mille 15 in Barzanò (LC), has a modern production department designed to ensure efficiency, precision and continuity in manufacturing operations.
The facility includes:
- 24 production lines dedicated to roll forming, punching and assembly;
- 1 CNC lathe;
- 3 laser welding systems;
- 28 articulated robots for automated manufacturing operations.
The integration of automation, production technologies and highly qualified personnel enables us to manage the entire production cycle, from manufacturing
custom metal profiles to assemblies and
laser processing.
