Manufacturing and marketing high-precision, curved profiles
Our company, Alda Mauri & Figli, produces curved and special profiles, which can also be customised. Depending on our customer's needs, we will provide our expertise in making high-quality profiles for various industries, such at the automotive industry up to the furniture sector. Due to extensive experience, and cutting edge technology and machinery, we have become a leader in the field of curved, made-to-measure profiles.
Roll forming production lines
The production lines can handle sheet metal widths of up to 800 mm, with varying thickness between 0.3 to 4 mm and lengths of up to 12,500 mm. Due to these features we can easily meet any specific need or request on an industrial scale. The profiles are produced in either merchant bars or cut to size.
The profiles are made through a cold roll forming procedure on steel for specific structural uses, hot-dip galvanized strips, cold-rolled strips, colour-coated strips, stainless steel strips and aluminium strips. The production depends on our client's design, which is developed alongside our technical team.
We are able to make high-precision, curved profiles in our production plant.
Assembly station
By using machinery operated by both workers and robots, we carry out the various operations in the correct sequence to make complex finished products, which have already been assembled and tested.
Laser beam welding
We have a three-dimensional CO2 laser beam welding machine and also two three-dimensional fibre lasers on-site at our facility which we use to make many different products for various industries.
