Special profiles, robotic assembly and laser beam welding

Mauri Alda & Figli S.r.l. was founded in the 1950s, manufacturing accessories for cars and motorcycles.  

From the beginning, our high-quality products have always stood out as a distinctive company feature, as well as the wide range of products we have to offer, which meant we could launch ourselves on both the Italian and international markets. 

During the years that followed, developments within the industry pushed us to specialise in cold roll forming technology and focus on producing parts that have been designed and developed according to our client's specifications and drawings.

In the 1980s, we increased our production line to meet our customers' needs by adding robotic molding and assembly processes. This continued until the beginning of the 2000s when we introduced laser beam welding which meant we were then able to offer and provide completed parts that had already been assembled and tested.
